  • Dobrá poloha hotelu. Bleskové jednání, rychlost, ochota, vstřícnost (řešil jsem neplánovaně ubytování na poslední chvíli, když jiné domluvené zařízení byla nečekaně obsazené -příjezd o 20min později). Nešel jsem na snídani a slečna recepční chtěla poskytnout slevu či pomoci jinak, což jsem pochopitelně odmítl, ale takové jednání příjemně překvapilo.

  • Miła i sympatyczna obsługa - duże plusy dla pani z recepcji, znakomite położenie w centrum Harrachova ,cisza i spokój gwarantujący wypoczynek, ładny widok z okien na skocznie narciarskie Čerťák i stok, niezłe zaplecze narciarskie, sąsiedztwo wyciągu narciarskiego na Čertovą hore i placu zabaw dla dzieci, wzorowa czystość w obiekcie, cena odpowiednia do jakości, na pewno tu kiedyś wrócimy :)
